Default HpTuners Scanner Issue

So I finally got my 04 GTO back together after having it down for a few months, and i went to tune it last night, but had some issues with my scanner. On the scanner it will not read speed, rpm, coolant temp, throttle position, MAP, ect. However it was reading a few things, one of them being the o2 sensors. All of my gauges work properly and i made sure everything was added to read on the scanner. Scanner was also working just fine on my buddys camaro a week before. I'm assuming that something is not communicating to the OBD correctly, but i did not see anything unplugged. Does anyone have any ideas? Only thing I swapped on the car was motor/trans.

That's what i was thinking as well. I hooked up the two grounds on the engine harness i saw, and looked at a labeled harness and only seen the two as well.

Try going to the HP Tuners>Settings directory and delete the three .cfg files. The software will recreate them the next time you use it. You may need to re enter your app key.
