Default Gear Ratio in HPT

I have a question on the gear ratio in HP Tuners under gear/tire calc as I've changed tire size. Is this where we input the rear gear ratio (in my case 3.42)? Seems like a self explained question but the reason I ask is that in my last tune that value was 1.00

Mess with it and see what happens.
Stock drivetrain?
Speed signal coming from trans?

It's kind of flakey in HPT. Sometimes it doesn't work like it looks like it should.

I set mine with the tire calc tool and put in the gear ratio, seems fine. Not sure why my old set up had 1 for gear ratio.
