odd downshifting??? 80e

odd downshifting??? 80e o i have been fighting with this car for awhile now and i cant figure it out.
part throttle seems to drive/ shift ok (shift out of 1st at low speed and hang s the 2>3 shift pretty high) for now but any time the car trys to down shift(60% tps and up) it feels like its trying to hit 1st gear and revs to the moon or i back out of it. even if in in 4th and i would think it should go to 2 or 3 it will drop to 1st
im not sure what tables i need to mess with to get it to down to the correct gear for the speed.
i have only got a few logs at slow ish speed but i still dont think it should down shift like it is
04 yukon tune w/80e seg swap using 2.5 beta
3200 quad disk verter

28" DRs
seprtech add on 80e harness
head and cam lq4
3 bar OS
twin pte 5858s
tranny work log is the latest one. all driving in d4

my speedo is show correctly but i dont think that table has anything to do with shifting.
i think the revaltion per mile table is off but i cant find a calculator for it. the one in hpt wont work
What compare file did you get the 80E segment from? I am using this one to build a 3 bar SD tune for the same OS. Are there any differences if you compare it to the 80E donor file that you used?
