Default 2000 Possible bad ECM? data logs inside

I have not tuned this truck. It is stock and I am just trying for a repair. It is setting codes for all of the O2's but they are new. I checked voltage at the sensors and all is well with the 12 volt heater and the 5 volt reference. The truck has been in it's current state for quite some time and the customer just keeps changing the plugs. The fuel pressure is spot on at idle and WOT. I would like to tell the customer to purchase a new ECM but I don't want to look like a fool. He had it at a mechanic previously that was just a parts changer and didn't really diagnose squat. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks for looking.
