AFM Delete Question

all the hardware is done: cam lifters gear ect....
2007 5.3, if i unplug the oil pressure sending unit will it run "OK" until i get afm disabled in tune??

also what is best way, or tuner to achieve disabling in ecm ??

Hp tuners has the capability. I'd assume efi live and tunercats do also. I have no clue about any handhelds.

i hate to buy a tuner just for this..... it is just stock, switched in new
hardware to get rid of afm is all....

If you mailed in the ECM we can delete DOD in the ECM. We do several a week through mail order and in person. Its a pretty common problem.
