GM E-Rod wiring kit ecm compatibility

GM E-Rod wiring kit ecm compatibility I picked up a gm 5.3 lc9 harness kit for super cheap, PN#19259914. I got it less the gas pedal and ecm, my question here is will any of the other e-rod harness kits ecm's work with the lc9 harness? Per-say the ls2 or 3 or ls376 ecm. The lc9 ecm is $400+ but the ls376 ecm is $234. I'm going to need a custom tune anyways so I figured if I could save money on the ecm I could put that money elsewhere in the car. The gas pedal is only $62 so no worrys there. I'm assuming all the ecm's are compatible but I just want to make sure before I spend the cash. Want to do it right the first time! Thanks guys and gals!
