This vid shows just how sensitive a MAF is to airflow changes. Granted the GM algorithm is pretty sophisticated and smooths out the end injector pulse width based upon many other variables. It clearly shows how if you run a MAF on a big cam how it can drasticly alter the injector output and cause major tuning headaches when running a MAF.
