DBW not responding

Hi folks, I am a newbie to this forum as well as EFI and DBW systems, so please bare with me. Got a 2006 lq4 out of a wrecked van with DBW system in my CJ7 and can't get the throttle pedal to open throttle body. is there some specific checks that will allow me to isolate the problem? Engine harness is new, PCM is from PSI, new TAC module from PSI, new TAC module harness, pedal is from the van.

Do you have tuning software or a tech2? It could any of the parts you listed or the tune could not match the parts you have.

I just went through this recently. My issue was that the TAC module was wired to battery voltage, not ignition voltage. Check every detail. Post the codes here if you can.
