Crank, no start head scratcher

2004 4.8, cranks but won't start. Runs fuel pump for 2 sec when run circuit is lit, but then no spark, fuel pump or injector pulses when starter turns. New crank sensor. Wire continuity from CKP connector to PCM good on all three. What other things besides CKP sensor can cause the no spark/no fuel/no injectors condition? Thanks in advance for any ideas!

There's a pid you can log while cranking that tells youif VATS is disabling fuel.

What is the story on the wiring harness? Recently, a friend had his cam/crank plugs in the wrong sensors.

Wiring..

on the key sw could be wrong. You may have hot when in run, but not in start mode.
