Default MAP pcm trouble 2004 gto

Hey guys I'm in need of serious help. Build consist of lsa block and head 416 stroker. 11.5:1 compression all the good stuff nothing skimped on this build besides the ls3 intake I'm using. The issue at hand is a P0107 code that I can't resolve. My MAP sensor reads 10KPA at times or 0KPA. I'm using a ls3 intake so the MAP is now in the front of the motor vs the rear. So far I've replaced the Map sensor, the extension for the MAP, the LS1 to LS3 adapter, and the computer. Nothing seems to help. I've checked the wires and nothing seems to have been pinched and all the grounds are hooked up properly. I'm stumped any ideas? Anyone near memphis,tn that could possibly help. I don't care what it cost I just want to drive the car. By the way I'm using a ls3 map sensor

Are you using the GTO PCM? If so then you need to change the MAP sensor information in the tune.
