Hypertech 3 for a gear swap So I've got a decent dyno tune and all that.
I'm doing a gear swap and will need to recalibrate my speedometer. I've seen some used hypertech 3 for sale cheap (cheaper than shops charge to recalibrate my speedo).
Could I pick up a used one to just recalibrate the speedo without it affecting anything else on my tune?

I am 99% sure it will wipe out your custom tune. If thats all you want done it should cost that much to get your speedo changed. I can do through mail order but I would only do that as a last resort since it could still be off some going that route.
