Default PE has me stumped

Bit of a weird one here, hoping someone can take a look at my tune and tell me I am over looking something simple and stupid...

WOT tuning in my 2002 ls1 camaro- I am trying to command 13.3 AFR so I have set the EQ ratio for PE to 1.095 across all relevant cells.

I take the car for a spin, go WOT, all is well until I hit about 4800 rpm and then the car changes the command AFR to 12.4 and then 11.70 which is too rich for me.

What am I missing that the command AFR is dropping out on me like that? I zero'd out the table for the operating temps of my car in the Add vs ECT tables...what did I miss?

I'm attaching the tune, my scan and my cfg file. I have a good WOT pull starting at 8:03 in the scan.

Disable COT and see what it does.

I'll give that a shot- I was thinking about the COT, but I couldn't figure out how it is triggered to know if that was the factor or not...

what about the engine overtemp enrichment? that was the only other thing that had me wondering?

Your PE delay is @ 5500rpm & OLFA table is adding fuel in the higher MAP & temp cells.

delay is set to 0 seconds, so that should be a non factor
