Default Error msg: "Cannot find the path specified"

Tech guru's, can you help me? I run EFILive 7.5, on Windows Vista Ultimate, on a virtual machine using VMWare Fusion on a Mac Book Pro. I had no problems until switching to another Mac Book and now I'm getting an error and EFILive won't run.

The hard drive failed on my old Mac Book, so I used a backup drive to load the VMWare & EFILive onto the new Mac Book. I needed help from VMWare to get Windows up and running, but my Windows runs fine now. Also, my EFILive 8.2.1 runs fine, but I cannot scan or edit with it, I can only download tunes with it (and I think upload too). I need to be able to scan, log, edit, and upload/download, and when I try to open EFILive 7.5 I get an error message. I am running as administrator. I have uninstalled and reinstalled EFILive 7.5 and still get the same error. EFILive support says they cannot support since it is running on a virtual machine. I get the following error message, can anyone lend me some help?

I replied 2 days ago to your same post on the EFILive forum...

Does this subdirectory exist (if not, create it)...?

Does this file exist (if not, copy it from someplace, e.g. Calc.VET thread post #1)...?
