Cam Surge

Cam Surge Is there anything that can be done in the tune to reduce or help with cam surge?
The setup:
LTx 383, 24x ignition, 0411 PCM, 228/234, .576 lift, Yank LTPAS3400.
Idle is already at 850. It surges bad. Let off the brake and it'll start bucking and pulling like a damn small bull out of the chute. Drives perfect, all working like it should. Just alot of surge.
BTW, The TC is brand new. Less than 100 miles.
