Throwing Codes That Should be Tuned out?
Throwing Codes That Should be Tuned out? My car has sat for the last couple of years. After sitting for about a year ( i would drive and start periodically) the last time i drove the car it got stuck in 3rd . Then after a couple months of sitting, I had some codes pop up that had been tuned out which confused me. I had not messed with the car until a few nights ago. At first, no codes(new battery). I drove for a short distance and am getting these codes: p0412 p0405 P0758 ls1. the car has been tuned, and should not allow for the egr and air code... I know the p0758 could be solenoid or possibly a tuning issue from the stall converter. just think it is odd to have these codes that should be tuned out. any one else experienced anything similar?
