Default tuning help

I have a hp tuner its not the pro its vcm suite and vcm scan i'm having trouble on it what its doing is freezing up when I try to flash a new tune thank you.

are you doing a write calibration only or trying to write entire ? if entire why ?

I would contact Hptuners Tech support. They will be able to help on the software side of things.

But I would check to see if you are getting a Busy light on the interface cable. Make sure the scanner is not open or disconnected when trying to flash, and you can try waiting about 30 seconds after cycling the key on to let the PCM wake up.

they re not very much help I've been dealing with them for about 2 weeks and I get no where really pissing me off
