Holley Install Question So when the Holley Dominator EFI is installed does the entire car have to be rewired? It seems like you would loose all the nice features that came with the car.
no...the only thing that gets rewired is the engine management and transmission control
all of your other stuff is controlled by a body control module...completely separate from the engine/transmission control

sometimes you have to piggy back a few things to get the gauges to all work....because the dash gauges are all serial data based and only talk to the stock ECU....
piggy back is not an easy thing to do as you have to do it a very specific way to make it so the holley works properly...piggy back is not as simple as just splicing wires to both ECUs
many cannot be shared and you have to get all the grounds to the proper place and not share them between ecu's....
