Default 4.8 Start Problem

Here is what's going on, maybe someone can give me some advice?

I have a GEN IV with a GEN III PCM/Harness 4.8. Since this is probably not an issue with the engine itself, I figured it might fit in the GEN III section better?

Anyways, here is what the motor has:

Relocated LS1 Knock Sensors
Lingenfelter Reluctor Wheel Conversion Box
LS1 Intake, LS1 Fuel Injectors
TSP 224/224 581/581 112LSA Cam
LS1 Harness/VATS Deleted LS1 ECU
I am not using a MAFS.

The motor is in an older corolla, and is having difficulty starting sometimes. It's like it will spit and sputter until it fires. HOWEVER, even if I let it run for 5 seconds and turn it off, it will start perfectly the next time. I am using a switch panel, and it's possible that I'm missing something? It's strange, because when it does run, it runs flawlessly.

Any ideas?

Is your panel killing ALL of the power to the pcm? Actually the conversion section would have been the place for this post.

I have power to the PCM set up on a switch that also sends power to coil packs/injectors. Thanks, I'll try to get this thread deleted and moved over to the correct forum. Thanks for your help.

Even tho this is a conversion/transplant, it should probably be moved to the PCM Diagnostics and Tuning section.
