Question How to tell: OBD1 or OBD2 PCM?

I know this question will sound lame, but how can I tell whether I have an OB1 or OBD2 PCM. The reason for the question is the car was converted to speed density when the turbo was installed, and I *think* the tuning shop made the change over before putting the tune in. The car has been down for several years shortly after I got it back (found they actually caused it).

I've been trying to get it back running by replacing the destroyed opti. I'm not getting any spark and have gone through the testing. So far it would look as though it's either the Opti harness from the PCM, or the PCM itself. Unfortunately, I cannot remember for sure which I have in their now.

Additional questions, if the PCM is dead, do I have no way of pulling the tune out of it? That would really be terrible if so.

Google the service number on the pcm sticker is the easiest way.

If it ends in 8051, it's a obd1.
