Continuous Monitors - 2011 Silverado

Has anyone ever seen one of the Continuous Test Monitors set to "Incomplete" or "Not Ready"? I cannot get this 2011 Silverado to show as ready. Specifically the Fuel System monitor isn't going to "Ready". I need help!

Do you see any DTC's (which scanner are you using)...?

There are maf codes which I had the ses turned off using hptuners. The scanner is the state inspection.
