Sounds like everything on the TPS side of things is good to go... Congratulations
Thanks. I just screwed the idle screw back in and it now sits on 0.5v idle and 4.54v WOT. Perfect
Looking forward to driving it. I do miss the 1000rpm idle though. I've gone from my idle sounding like a Le Mans racer to a V6 (well in my head, with the windows/doors closed) but the pros outweigh the sound of the (now gay) idle.
I emailed the software guy and told him everything. Hopefully he sorts it out in the next update.

Even if you use a sewing needle, you should be able to backprobe the TPS plug.

Cool. As I was taping the TPS wiring before, I noticed that the back of the TPS plug where the wires come out of is all soft/rubber like. I thought it was hard plastic. So yeah, I see how you can stick something in there now.

Btw in case anyone's interested or if this helps someone in future.. I just got an email back from the scantool software guy and he said he accidently put a % value instead of v in his last update. So when I was getting 90v during WOT, it was really reading 90% of 5v. Makes perfect sense. Bit weird how we didn't figure that out after all that math we done here lol. He said he'll adjust it immediately (woooo!) + apologised + thanked me. F*cking love the guy.

...
The soft rubber is the wire seal... you slide the needle in between the wire seal and the wire, push it in until it hits the terminal inside the connector.

We were getting there. We did get the factor of 20 about right. Glad to know you got it sorted out.

Yeah, almost. Thanks. I'm still not entirely happy with my idle though. Other than it now sounding gay-ish and weak, it dips below desired idle revs after giving it a quick squirt while idling (eg. 800rpm - 1500rpm - 715rpm -800rpm).
I haven't driven it since my last TPS adjustment though (+ I always disconnect the battery as I have an alt-staying-on problem. Bye-bye idle learn), so it might improve after a long drive.
Really need an ecu tune too, so if driving it for a while doesn't sort out the idle, I'm sure the tune will. Can't wait (for the extra hp most of all).

When you flash the ECU it zeroes the TPS. If you have the capability just take your existing tune and flash it
