Default LTFT ? at idle and part throttle

I have 50lb injectors. The rest is in the sig. I have set my injector offset table to match one that was posted a while back. I still have to have my ifr table in the high 4's to get near 0 LTFT's at idle. But when I do, my part throttle LTFT's are very rich (-25). If i set my ifr's in the 6's I'm very lean at idle (+25)(and car does not want to idle) my part throttle LTFT's are closer to 0. I have been over the car a million times and there is no vacuum leaks any were.

Could it be with this small pulley(2.5"), it is flowing more air at idle and causing a different ifr requirment?

If so how do I make big adjustments to Fuel trims at part throttle?
