P0645 Code 2000 Camaro No A/C

P0645 Code 2000 Camaro No A/C 2000 Camaro, stock long block, heads, cam, shorty headers, mail order tune from Texas Speed.
I removed the A/C (compressor and condenser). It regularly flashes the P0645 code, which I could clear with my Actron scanner, but now after about 1 year it will not allow me to clear it.
Using HP Tuners Scan, I can clear the code and it literally appears seconds later. Although I have HP Tuners, I am ENTIRELY new to tuning.
I found one post from years ago on this subject that was never responded to.
Is there any way I can permanently disable this?

Use HP Tuners editor to set the code to No Error Reported. Pretty simple task. P0645 on a MY 2000 F-body is a No MIL code so it shouldn't be turning on the SES light. Should only be aware of it when scanning for codes. There are other DTCs that have to do with a properly functioning A/C so those should be disabled also. And those codes being set should have no effect on how the vehicle operates.
