Drive-by-wire conversion to drive-by-cable
Has anyone done a conversion from a DBW to a DBC throttle body? If so I was curious how big of a pain in the neck it is and the cost of doing it.

It's not that easy
You need to delete all DBW wiring, then you need to install the TPS and IAC wires and connectors using the correct PCM pins.
After that you need to get a DBC capable PCM, a 2004 may have the IAC driver but you need to open it to be sure.
Last step is to flash a DBC tune to have good IAC control.
