Default Cannot read ECM

Getting the "ECM Definition failed to load" error when trying to read my ECM.

My first tuner used EFILive and that was a couple years ago. Second tuner used HPTuners and he was able to edit it/tweak. My third tuner tried to edit it but said it was locked. He stated he flashed it and was able to edit for a base tune.

I'm trying to troubleshoot my VSS issue and wanted to double check but can't load it.

Any ideas why I'm not able to load it? I've attached it below.

I can see the tune just fine, are you having trouble when you go to write to the PCM?

I had one that was previously tuned with a diablosport and I couldn't open it but I sent it to the user on here LSX Power Tuning and he was able to read/write it fine with both efilive and hptuners.

It may have been the version the laptop is running. My buddy was able to open it just fine as well. I was borrowing my other friends laptop to try and troubleshoot. We have it resolved now.

Thanks!
