Need help with issues... I just got 1955 gmc with 2001 5.3 and 4l60 running it it has the following issues:
*transmission seems like it wants to shift but it's really delayed and staying a in get too long before shifting. The trans in new, new Stock TC,. It's so bad that I didn't think it was going to shift so I was like f it I'll blow it up, then I guess I scared it and it shifted. I have a universal brake switch that has 4 prong. I'm assuming if I wired it wrong it would shift at all?
It's throwing knock code, p0107 code, and p0650
Also not sure if it matters but I'm using the large vacuum hose from rear of engine for power brakes.
I just have MAF with screen stuck in the throttle body.
Please help I need to get this on the rode bc Thursday I have to drive it 300 miles yikes!
