Default No throttle

Hi all,

I have been a long time reader here but this is my first question I have. I recently swapped a 2003 5.3 LS out of a Silverado into my 71 c-10. The issue I am having is several error codes relating to my DBW throttle.
Whenever I hit the gas pedal (engine on, or ignition on) I hear the throttle body open and the rapidly close. After this, there is no throttle response. I have HP Tuners so luckily I can read the error codes I am getting. I get either P1518, P1517, or P1516. It seems to be random. I have verified that the correct wires are going from the pedal to the tac module, tac module to PCM, and tac module to throttle body. I am hoping you guys have some suggestions on what to try next as I'm 16 and my experience with these LS motors are limited.

Thanks,
Avery

That is where I am a little confused. Is there a specific ground for the throttle body or tac module? Or is it wired into the several wiring harness grounds that hook to the block?

Also one thing to note is when the throttle body is manually opened, the computer recognizes the throttle position.
