Default Harness repin?

Why not hook up the harness and eliminate each wire that isn't needed? It is just less time consuming or is it more complicated vs. Paying someone to repin it.

That's what I did for my '69 Nova. Started out with a 2000 Corvette engine harness and converted it to drive by cable. Added electric water pump, electric gauges, deleted bunch of emissions stuff. Then used a relay/fuse box from Current Performance. Bought some split fabric type loom to tidy it all up.

Because some people can't walk and chew gum at the same time let alone repin a harness. I'm going to guess you haven't dealt with the general public too much.

I did it on a 2010 Camaro. I eliminated the evap solenoid and wiring and also the rear O2 sensors and wiring.

Get a GM service manual that shows you pinouts, etc. I have one and it really helped. I also moved the ABS, fuse box, and ECM. Moving those meant shortening a lot of wires. I just de-pinned, cut wire, and crimped new pins on the shortened wires.
