Default Need help with dbw problem

I'm helping a buddy with a lq4 swap he is doing in a c10. We got everything installed and plugged in and was playing with the tune and got it to start and idle some and everything was reading and working correctly according to the scanner on hp tuners. Only thing I've done is delete vats and all his unused sensors from dtc's and pull some fuel for the cam and injector swap he did.
At some point tho the throttle became totally unresponsive and displays 0% on the scanner at all times. However it throws no codes at all for the tps, pedal, or tac module. We have checked all grounds and power sources and all are good. We are lost at what to check next if anyone has any ideas.
Thanks

Did the throttle pedal, throttle body, harness and ECM all come from the same vehicle? If not, it's possible the throttle pedal is not compatible with the ECM. There was a change somewhere around 2006 (?) between DBW throttle pedals.

Did you get throttle no response after running up the rpm at wot...?

If so, what rpm did you hit...?
