Default HELP! running lean at wot

I have a 72 ford f100 that has a 6.0 LQ4 and 4L80E. Holley hi ram, comp cam 243/247 .632/632 on a 114LSA, 36# flex fuel injectors, walbro 255 in tank, -6 braided fuel line straight to passenger rail then crossover in front to a aeromotive regulator at the firewall set at 60psi. Ive been chasing a lean condition at WOT. stays rich until 42-4500 rpms but after that the afr climbs well above 17:1 I just let off and let it shift and get back in it. Ive changed the whole fuel setup, cleaned injectors, checked pressure with a gauge at the fuel rail and pressure is not dropping. I will post a tune file and a datalog. (wideband) isn't setup on the hptuners yet but will be today) Ive had several people look at the tune and they cant see anything thatll make it cause this problem. any help would be appreciated.
