Help diagnosing miss on 2000 WS6

Help diagnosing miss on 2000 WS6 Ok so I just got this car and I'm having some issues. I noticed it has
somewhat of a miss/vibration at idle and up to 2000 rpm. No misfire codes but noticed random misfire on all the cylinders when hooked up to the scanner. I used a ithermometer gun to check header tube temps and they fluctuated between 200-315 degrees except the back cyl on the pass side that one was at 118 degrees. I have replaced the knock sensors and harness due to a code and found harness was damaged under intake. I figured this would be fixed by that but no luck.
I took it to work and replaced the plugs because they were the wrong plugs for the car completely. Put in oem delco plugs and wires were already new so I left them. I changed out the maf sensor to eliminate that as well. All in all no change.
The mods to the car are LT headers, magnaflow exhaust, ory, air/egr delete, gutted air box and gears I think cause my speedo is off by 5mph. There are no rear 02 sensors just plugs dangling there and supposedly this is tuned by Doug rippie Motorsports but only receipt I saw was 100 dollar dyno pull.
Not sure if it's a tune issue or what. Annoying and don't want to throw away money so any help would be appreciated.
