Ls2 cam surge I recently had a different cam put in my ls2 goat along with a 102 fast intake and 102 nw throttle body then it was dyno tuned. Every since I got my car back it's had some serious cam surge along with hesitation when I give it gas. It sometimes throws a check engine light but will also go off randomly too. The engine codes are system too lean system too rich and injector circuit. I've taken it back to the tuner 2 times in the past month in a half and it still doesn't run right.
I second a new tuner.
Unless this is some donkey dick cam, there's no reason a competent professional tuner cannot tame it to at least drive fine most of the time. I don't expect a big cam to putt around at 1000rpm, but it shouldn't be bucking and surging at 1500rpm and above.
