Car going rich

Car going rich Mods in sig and Logs attached
For some reason my car is going rich at about 5100rpm and only in the longer gears like 3rd and 4th. 1st and 2nd seem to be unaffected. Can anyone help me determine what might be causing this? Im a major beginner when it comes to tuning so please bare with me.
The logs are labeled by the gear they were done in. Let me know what you guys think
