Need A Top Notch Tune
Need A Top Notch Tune Good morning,
I have a 2005 Pontiac GTO with the LS2 engine and 6-speed transmission that needs a tune. My location is Huntsville, Alabama (northernmost region of Alabama). I'm looking for the best tuner that I can get my hands on. I've gone with cheap tunes before and they are not worth the hassle. I want to do things right this time. Mods are listed below:
Heads:
TrickFlow Specialty 225cc Heads (Valves not touched)
Valvetrain:
Brian Tooley Racing Steel Retainer Max .660" Lift Springs
Trick Flow Specialty Valves that come with the TFS 225 heads
LS7 Lifters ~0.60 preload
Trend Double Taper Pushrods
Yella Terra Solid Roller Rocker Arms
Camshaft:
Tick Performance Polluter (LS2 Version) 239/244 .635"/.610" LSA 111+2
Intake:
Fast 102 Ported By Vengeance Racing
Fueling System:
DW Fuel Pump 255 LPH
DW 42# Injectors
Other Mods:
OTRCAI
Replaced Stock Thermistor and changed IAT to OTRCAI
Solid Motor Mounts

Pat G's shop is Victoria TX outside of Houston. Great guy. He did the tuning on my car. He offers remote running as well. Before I drove down to his shop for tuning on his dyno he did a remote tune on my car so I wouldn't have trailer it to him. I trailered it anyway but not because of any issue with his remote tune. My truck had nav and I had not ever been to his shop down there so it was just easier. Great guy to work with and the results where great
