maxed fuel trim one side

99ss I have maxed fuel trim +25 on bank 2 ...wiped out the cat ... just installed long tubes and ORY a new o2 sensor sent out for a tune ..... fuel trim still maxed on that side .... idles fine runs fine down the road although it lacks power .... swapped sensor left to right and and switches fine on bank one buteither sensor stays pretty high when in bank 2 . creat a vacuum leak and both sensors flat line ................. any thing common pvc line from front of intake to left valve cover does seem to be kinda collapsed no sucking if I pull line out of drivers valve cover and put my thumb on it .......anything common

The intake gaskets are very well known for warping and leaking causing a leak condition which maxes out the fuel trims. Watch your live data and spray it with brake clean and see if the trims go down, if they do that's your vacuum leak.
