Hunting idle issues...

Hunting idle issues... I just recently got my LQ4 going in my nova. Its a stock LQ4 with a small cam (228/232) long tubes, ls2 34# injectors. I am trying to work my way through VE tuning following some of the inf on this site in the stickies, but am starting to develop a "hunt" for idle when I come to a stop sign or light. The car starts and idles great...and after sitting at a light for 20 seconds, it will finally idle decent. It seems to help if I roll to the light in neutral.
Im just curious if this is all part of getting my VE stuff squared away...or if I need to be looking into some other issues. I am very new ith HPTuners...but I seem to be getting through things ok so far. I have attatched my tune file..as well as a short drive file from yesterday ( havent got STFT down yet) while in SD.
Any help would be great.
