swap not reading 02 sensor or injector pulse So i have a 1999 z28 6 speed powertrain swap into a 1987 z28 the car has a ls1 intake, longtube headers and a 228 can with .588 588 lift i think. i using a the original gas tank going into an inline fuel pump to a fuel pressure regulator. im running a return system.(running open headers for the moment)
the car turns on but will idle for a little than die if you dont use the pedal. the car does not have a tune and im getting ready to take it to the tuner but I have a few issues
Car is running a trouble code for p0101(called tuner said that this could be caused by the cam im using.
i put in two new 02 sensors in the car and its not completing the check om 02 sensors i also noticed that the scanner is not reading inj bank one or bank two or the 02 sensors.
Is this normal for swapped cars not to read the injector readings? same for 02's?
I want to get this stuff sorted out before i take it to the tuner thank you in advance for the help

Yes, we finally got it figured out. It turns out the SHITTY fuel being sold here in Houston had dried up inside the injectors and froze them up internally. It took only 2 weeks with the fuel sitting in the injectors for this to happen as we were re-using his intake manifold, injectors, and everything off the top end of his old motor. Once we cycled some carb cleaner through them, they began working correctly. Sorry for the delay in putting up the fix. Hopefully this will help you guys with your situation.
Here's how we found that the injectors-ALL 8 OF THEM-were plugged... Using a rubber tipped air gun we pressurized the back side of the injector after filling it with brake clean, then while applying air pressure, we also applied 12V+ and a (-) GROUND to the injector and NONE of them squirted anything out... Then we sat all 8 injectors up so that we could fill the body with brake cleaner. After letting them sit this way for about 20 minutes we again added air pressure, and voltage, and then they all began blowing the carb cleaner out as if it was fuel. We then put them back in the engine, and the motor fired instantly and idled.
