2002 z28 will not crank

2002 z28 will not crank I have a problems getting my camaro to crank. I've chaned the starter, fuel pump, and have a charged battery. I hear the fuel pump and starter wanting to work but the car still doent crank. Lights come on, fuses are good, its just it doesn't roll over. It isnt catching any fire to the spark plugs either and i had the crankshaft sensor changed a month ago maybe it was faulty, other than that idk why it can't catch a sparl. Also i cant get a link with my pcm it always pops up as error. Any advice that could help save money before i send it to firestone?
