Default Good one minute, bad the next

So I will start out by saying I have a 99 fbody. LT Headers, ory-pipe, full exhaust, A4, ported tb, lid and elbow. I had the car dyno tuned and the rear O2s turned off, air turned off, and governor removed(125 wasn't cutting it).

Since then I have installed a 2800 stall converter and built 4l60e. I now am noticing that the car has a qwerk. One time I will go WOT and the car will break loose and scream like hell. I can come to a stop and go to WOT and it will barely gets out of its own way. Maybe chirp the tires. Also I noticed if you try to power brake the car it will start to spin and then it will almost die as if you let out of the throttle even tho its still sitting at WOT or near WOT.

I don't know if this is a TPS issue or a traction control or a sensor I am unaware, or the tune perhaps?

The 4 channel is disabled on the car. One of the wheel sensors literally broke in half on the rear axle and gave up trying to replace it. I haven't been able to locate one anywhere. So my dash reads abs inop and etc off all the time.

I have checked my tps voltage and it comes in a .39v at 0% throttle and 4.29v at WOT. I now have HP tuners and can look at what my ecm is set at even tho i'm not 100% sure what it all is. (I am still learning)

Any help, pointers, things to look for or check, things in the tune i should check? Thank you for your time and any information!

If the only things changed in the tune are listed above, I highly doubt anything in the tune or PCM's parameters are going to correct what you're describing. Sounds like you (or a shop of your choice) should spend some time correcting the Christmas tree dash before poking around the PCM.

What you can do is find a stock 99 A4 file and run a comparison of all that has been changed. If something looks funky, post up some screen shots and someone will chime in.

Well the "abs inop" and "asr off" came a while after the tune. So that wasnt the shops problem. I had only purchased HP because the place I took my car to is no longer in business and the guy that tuned it can no longer be reached. I havent altered anything as of yet. Like I said I am still trying to learn and understand before I change something I dont know about. I have no engine codes or any faults coming up to report either.

I will definitely post up pics of any differences between a stock ecm and mine once I get home and can download an original.

0.39V is low for TPS. Unplug IAC and adjust the stop screw to open the TB until the TPS is at 0.60V. The engine should idle good with the IAC unplugged, if it doesn't then you need to tune idle
Next plug the IAC back and do a TPS reset.
A TPS triggering codes causes a lot of erratic problems specially on A4 cars.

So a little update. I got some free time from the family and work so I looked into the car. I adjusted the TPS to.59 volts @ 0% throttle and 4.49 volts @ 100% throttle. It wouldn't hit .60 on the head so I settled. Took the car for a spin and it seems to have settled my neck breaking shifts some but still the power is unreliable. I get it home and check the car for codes. With the key on and engine off I get 3.

P0463 Fuel Level Sensor A circuit high (Pending, Current)
P1626 (Current)
P1637 (Current, History)

I tried to dig a little on the 1637 and a couple forum posts I read this could be a ground or ECM issue? Am I on the right path or am I misreading what information I have found. I'm going to start going over and cleaning as many power and ground connections as I can find.
