LS2 P0300 code help

LS2 P0300 code help Got a problem with LS swap and need some help with clearing P0300 code. It started as a pending and changed to stored.
Here is a startup video taken to check fuel pressure. I'm not sure if the whistle/whine is normal to LS2, belt squeal, or a leak.

Not sure how to read/understand fuel trims. (scanner image below)
STF%T bank 1 is 1.56, but STFT bank 1 sensor 2 is 99.22. Which should I be reading?

Background info:
2005 LS2 24x, approx 35k miles
manual trans
fuel pressure approx 57-58 psi measured at fuel rail (stock jeep fuel pump)
rear O2 sensors turned off
New plugs, wires, and injectors
obdwiz pro scanner

misfire info Some of the misfires are increasing. How many misfires trigger a trouble code?
Info below is: initial onboard misfire monitor, misfires (had to do 2 screen shot to capture it all), and updated onboard misfire monitor.
