Bogging / hiccuping on hard stomp

2015 Camaro SS. 6M with big cam and heads. Hard stomp around 2 -3K and it hesitates / hiccups / boggs. I've heard may be a TPS issue in PE table and also a transient fuel issue. Anybody have any experience / thoughts?
