98 computer swap

Doing a turbo setup on a 98 z28. My tuner wants me to convert it over to a 99+ computer. Do you have to change harness and all? Anything else associated with swapping it?

You will need to repin your existing harness and I think do a fuel segment swap to get the fuel gage to read if I remember correctly
