You'll also need to tune your IAT retard tables to pull timing as IATs rise to keep the motor together.
Disconnect the charge pipe, tune the VE table, take the max reading say around 100kPa row, copy and paste to 210kPa row and then multiple by 1.5 (assuming around 8lbs), select from 100 to 210, and interpolate between verticle bounds.... That should get you decently close to start hitting PE mode. Just watch your wideband closely.
