Default TPS voltage is opposite of expected range

Just completed engine swap (LS1 into 2000 Jag XK8). I get TPS and MAP codes, and engine idles fast. Have replaced TPS, MAP sensors and IAC.

In checking TPS signal wire with DVM it shows 4.4 V at idle and .5 at WOT. I checked both sensors and got same results. 5 volt and ground wires check ok and are at right pinouts with low resistance.

Any ideas?

5V and gnd wires have to be swapped at either sensor connectors or pcm connector.
