TPS voltage is opposite of expected range

TPS voltage is opposite of expected range Just completed engine swap (LS1 into 2000 Jag XK8). I get TPS and MAP codes, and engine idles fast. Have replaced TPS, MAP sensors and IAC.
In checking TPS signal wire with DVM it shows 4.4 V at idle and .5 at WOT. I checked both sensors and got same results. 5 volt and ground wires check ok and are at right pinouts with low resistance.
Any ideas?
