P1682 LS2 t56 E40 bad PCM?
Seeing a voltage difference of about -0.03 volts on the IGN1 to the PCM when compared to the constant power orange wire to the PCM.
I feel like this shouldn't be enough of a difference to throw a code unless there's a higher difference at the PCM? I'm also measuring about 2.7 ohms on IGN1 when referencing ground, not sure if that means anything or if that's normal.
Engine will run and always throw P1682. P1516 will hit every time. I can clear it with my simple scanner but it will come back the next time I turn the ign on.
Days of searching haven't turned up much. I'm hoping it is something simple and not a bad PCM.
