I just ran across an odd issue while tuning a 2002 Silverado with 2bar map. I pulled up the VE table in RTT, and the numbers were way off from the primary VE. Looking into this more, it appears that the numbers I was seeing were from the cranking VE table. This was a quick look at idle, but it still seemed really odd. The tablet I was scanning with didn't lend to being able to look more in depth at table sizing and such. I would post this on the HPT forum, but I forgot my login and password over there years ago.

What version are you on? Someone mentioned some oddities in RTT with an earlier version of 3.4 and Keith said they had been fixed in a release one day before I read it. I haven't seen the problem they reported and I'm on 3.4.23.

I must have had a bug in my download, because my version number said 3.4.7. I just downloaded the latest version and it is 3.4.23, as you have.
