Default Im out of ideas and need help

So during the summer I rebuilt the engine with a tsp 224r and everything else stock in my 01 tahoe. At the time I wasnt thinking and got a mail order tune. I got it running and it ran good for about a month. Then it threw a throttle postion sensor code and started to run rough. It would surge while coming to a stop while in reverse. I replaced the tps and the plug. Problem didnt go away. Then i got a o2 sensor code. At this time the engine started to run ever rougher. It would surge on start up and then even out. It surges and stalls after revving the engine. It has since been retired since i needed a reliable daily. Recently i deleted the tune in hopes it would magically fix the problem. I checked for vacuum leaks. Checked the grounds and the wiring harness. Im running out of ideas so if anyone has had a similar problem. Any advice will help.
Thanks, Bryan

Bottom line is it is going to need a tune with that cam. It will not run good, especially at idle with the stock tune. It is also going to need someone with a data logging scanner that knows how to interpret the data to diagnose any mechanical or electrical (sensor) problem it might have, and can tune it for the modifications it has. Giving your location can possibly help by allowing someone local that can do what I said to help if you are not able to diagnose and tune.

thats what i figuired. Do you think i should tune it before i find someone with a data logger. Or diagnose and fix the problem before the tune. I reside in Ocean County Nj if anyone knows any good shops and tuners.
Thanks.

I would start with a good scanner to make sure your TPS is working correctly.
Did you go through the "TPS reset procedure" after replacing it?
Someone experienced with a scanner and data logger should be able to diagnose the problem. After it is fixed, you can then re-install the mail order tune.
