Default Goldbox/MS3 Injection timing table

I have searched a bunch on the Msextra forums and got conflicting thoughts on this or they were on widely different engines (rotary for example). I figured I would get better Ls specific advice here.

The default in MS3 is 360 degrees for all MAP/RPM cells but I have a copy of a professionally tuned Ls1 where this is 90 degrees and is incrementally increased up to 270 at 7,000rpm. I believe I know how to fine tune it (adjusting, watching for AFR changes depicting more power using same amount of fuel then adjust VE accordingly) but I am not sure where I should start at to get me in the ballpark or at least a range of degrees.
Some say this should increase with RPM (and only RPM), some say decrease and some say that MAP is also a factor as well as RPM. Not sure what is true or does it depend on engine/FI/etc.

I am running a stock 6.0L Ls2 (stock cam as well) naturally aspirated and I believe the cam specs are below. Can someone explain to me where I should be theoretically? I would think I would want to inject sooner with RPM, but that's just an uneducated swag. Thanks in advance for any help.

Lobe Seperation = 115.9

Intake Centerline = 111.9
Exhaust Centerline = 119.9

Intake Duration @ .050 = 203.7
Exhaust Duration @ .050 = 212.5

Intake valve lift = .52044
Exhaust valve lift = .52111

Ok so somewhat funny story..possibly.

I played around with this until I found the lowest dip in my AFR at idle with the most increase in RPM. This ended up being 410 degrees. I drove the car around and noticed that the auto analyze is pulling fuel from a lot of the mid rpm/mid kpa cells. This makes me think I have at least adjusted in the correct direction.

Then just a few minutes ago I found this little nugget. Credit goes to James Short

"Example:

Stock LS2 GTO has a boundary of 520 degrees. The Normal ECT table reads 110 degree's at operating temperature. The Normal RPM ramps from 0 @ 1000rpm to 92 @ 4000rpm. We'll use idle since that's what is being discussed is idle fuel smell. At 1000rpm the formula for getting the EOIT is this: Boundary - (Normal ECT + Normal RPM). So 520-(110+0)=410 degree's. So basically using the stock LS2 format at 1000rpm the EOIT is 410 degrees. "

So if I extrapolate this out assuming operating engine temps, I get the below. Thoughts?

Engine RPM Normal RPM Inj Timing
1000 0 410
2000 31 379
3000 61 349
4000 92 318
5000 123 287
6000 153 257
7000 184 226
