Car shakes at idle SES flashing

Car shakes at idle SES flashing I have a 02 firebird. I was on the highway and I was in 3rd about to red line then when I was shifting into 4th I slipped into 2nd. Now car vibrates pretty bad if I give rev it makes the vibrating kinda go away and ses flashes. Takes about 2 mins with car idling to make the ses start flashing. Engine isn't making any funny noisies. Only thing I can hear is maybe a blown gasket on the exhaust somewhere. Changed the plugs and wires after this happened. Next on my list to change is fuel filter, coil packs, and maybe try the 02 sensors. Oh and the code I pulled is p0300 multi misses. But ever since day 1 I can't read the codes anymore. Ses won't pop on when in acc. Mode. Only while running.
hmmm. did u over rev it pretty bad? hit the limiter? I'm thinking bent rod? they usually make a slight tap at idle. does it make a difference wether its in gear or not? clutch in?.

I was about to red line when I was in 3rd so when I went into 2nd I probably did. I did a hard reset on ecu. The flashing ses goes away when I drive but at red lights and stop signs it start vibrating and getting rough again.
