Exclamation P0410 and P1153 codes on 2002 WS6

So I posted yesterday about my 2002 Trans Am with a queston about it being ready for inspection and just as I thought, they told me today I needed to drive it more...said that the system wasn't ready yet. So I drive it 60 miles and take it back and again...it STILL isn't ready. Say to drive it more and come back tomorrow. So I planned on driving about 100 miles tonight. Well, before I could, the da** check engine or SES to be specific lit up. I do not own a diagnostic so I pulled into Auto Zone and got them to use theirs and print out the results. Said something about possibly being an Air Pump Check Valve, and an O2 sensor (Bank 2 sensor 1). This blows my mind since I JUST got all O2's replaced when I had both Catalytic converters replaced as well less than 3 weeks ago so I am lost. I also read that there are multiple things that can cause the P0410 code. The car was not driven for close to 5 years as it had a bad Tranny. Just recently got it rebuilt and everything else (or so I thought) up to snuff. This is now my daily driver so I need it to pass inspection ASAP. Anyone have any ideas for me? Any help is GREATLY APPRECIATED. I start a new job in less than two weeks.

Need more info on exhaust. Stock manifolds with stock cats? Headers with cats? You said cats were just replaced? Stock GM cats or aftermarket? Any exhaust leaks around the O2s?

Stock manifolds, aftermarket cats from Summit...idk what brand though. I was working and my brother ordered them and took car to shop for installation. Everything is stock on the car.

Aftermarket cats can be ifffy for satisfying stock diagnostics. Since both of those codes are exhaust related I would have a muffler shop inspect the cat install for exhaust leaks for starters. What was the reason for replacing the cats in the first place with aftermarket ones?
For the P0410 code:
CONDITIONS FOR SETTING THE DTC
If the AIR pump turns ON during a closed loop operation and the HO2S voltage does not fall below 222 mV for 1.3 seconds .
Or
If the AIR pump turns ON during a closed loop operation and the short-term fuel trim does not change more than a predetermined amount.
For the 1153 code:
CONDITIONS FOR RUNNING THE DTC
DTCs P0101, P0102, P0103, P0106, P0107, P0108, P0112, P0113, P0116, P0117, P0118, P0121, P0122, P0123, P0125, P0128, P0131, P0132, P0134, P0135, P0151, P0152, P0154, P0155, P0200, P0300, P0410, P0440, P0442, P0446, P0452, P0453, P1258, P1415, P1416, or P1441 are not set.
The loop status is Closed.
The engine run time is more than 160 seconds .
The engine speed is between 1,000-2,300 RPM .
The ignition 1 signal is between 9-18 volts .
The engine coolant temperature (ECT) is more than 50°C (122°F ).
The evaporative emissions (EVAP) purge solenoid is more than 0 percent .
The mass air flow (MAF) is between 20-50 g/s .
The throttle position (TP) is more than 5 percent .
The fuel tank level remaining is more than 10 percent .
The above conditions are met for 60 seconds .

CONDITIONS FOR SETTING THE DTC
The HO2S lean to rich and rich to lean switches are less than a calibrated amount.

I would guess it sets this code first because if P0410 sets it supposedly doesn't run this diag. This would also be the passenger side O2 that isn't switching enough. Again inspect for exhaust leaks where the cats were replaced. Or if you know someone with tuning ability you could have the codes disabled.

One of the cats was bad and figured since it sat so long, I might as well replace both. I don't really know much about the cats other than the fact that they where ordered for summit and costed around $150-200. Two 02's where also bad so I decided to replace all of them as well. The people who installed them was the same place that rebuilt my transmission a month earlier. They are not a muffler shop, but a transmission place. They said they could do it cheap and did an excellent job on the trans so I let them do it. I was working and didn't have time to do or oversee many of the major repairs.
